30-Day Cancellation Process
We hate to see you go but understand that life happens and priorities change! This is a two-step process:
1)The first step in canceling is for you to email our billing department here:
Please include the date you intend to drop with the word “Cancellation” in the Subject Line.
Per your membership agreement, notice of cancellation is required 30 days in advance.
2) The second step in canceling is filling out this form. We are sorry to see you go but with your departure, we want to find out what made this place special for you and what recommendations you have for us going forward so that we can continue to provide the best service for our clients.
*** Once the both of these steps are complete the 30-day cancellation can begin.***
