No! Training is important so BCI tries to remain open as much as possible but your safety and that of our staff is important. Please check the BCI Fit Tribe Facebook Group of weather-related closures.
To show our appreciation from you referring BCI to your friends and family we offer financial discounts off of your membership rate depending upon the number of those who sign up.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before your session to get settled and use the foam roller.
Nutrition meetings with Andy are FREE for members as part of our way to help you get the most out of your training. To book a meeting just talk to a coach to get on Andy’s calendar!
No! Results come from consistency so we want to be available for you to continue training as much as possible. But our staff does have families and friends to spend time with so BCI is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Absolutely! One of the “home workouts” would work or speak to your coach a few days before departure to continue training.
Sure! We have Bring-A-Friend Week the second week of every month for you to share a sample of BCI training with your friends! Please let your coach know ahead of time. Also, if your friend signs up to train at BCI you are eligible for discounts and other tokens of our appreciation.
Yes! Talk to your coach about “at-home workouts”.
We’ll miss you, but please contact your coach via text message.
Training sessions are specifically programmed for each member. Arriving late means less time to train. Please let your coach know as soon as possible if you are going to be late so he/she can prepare a contingency plan for you upon arrival. We understand that life happens and you might be late at some point but if you are consistently late please discuss with your coach ways to prioritize your training schedule.
Sure! Please coordinate with your coach to ensure there is capacity and a plan before bringing your friend. Also, the friend will need to complete a liability waiver upon arrival.
Bring a water bottle and positive attitude.

Most people jump in their car to head home but some great post-workout activities are a Driven protein shake, drink water, walk the parking lot, foam roll, a breath-work routine,

Yup! Extra stuff that’s left behind is stashed in a cubby in the room with the refrigerator.
