Apple Overnight Oats
These are probably the best overnight oats I’ve ever made and I think it’s because of a key ingredient and step.
Check the notes below for an easy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
35g Gluten Free Oats (or regular quick oats)
60g Unsweetened Applesauce
120g Unsweetened Almond Milk
32g Driven Cinnamon Protein (or any protein powder of choice)
60g Apples
Cinnamon as desired
Directions:
1. Add oats & applesauce in a bowl.
2. Combine almond milk & protein powder in a shaker bottle & mix till smooth
3. Top oats & applesauce w protein shake.
4. Add apples & cinnamon.
5. Refrigerate overnight & enjoy!
